This shinning opal crescent moon shaped amulet is suspended on a fine silver chain. The light around it seems to be a tiny bit dimmer than it should be.
This item has a maximum number of charges equal to your Proficiency bonus x 7.
DNDBeyond does not support linking Charges to Proficiency bonus (or anything else other than a static number,) so you will need to keep track of this in another way.
While attuned to and wearing this item about the neck it provides the following benefits:
- If you have Darkvision, True Sight, and/or Devil Sight their ranges are reduced by 10 ft.
- Damage dealt to you by magical sources is reduced by a number of d4's equal to half your proficiency bonus rounded up.
- Whenever you take damage from a hostile creature this item gains 1 charge for each 5 damage dealt to you, rounded down.
- Whenever you hit a hostile creature with a melee or ranged weapon attack this item gains 1 charge, and you gain 2d4+4 temporary hit points.
- You may expend a number of charges as a bonus action, and regain a spell slot equal to that number divided by 9 (rounded down).
