This item resembles a helmet with two short antlers growing out of the sides.
Once per short rest, as an action, the user can activate the item to grow spectral antlers. Your speed increases by 10 ft. If you run half your speed at a target in a straight line, the target must succeed a DEX saving throw 14+ or suffer 2d6 force damage and is knocked prone.
