A small violet crystal that hums faintly with barely contained magic, as if eager to be noticed. A harengon merchant once claimed it enhanced magical flair—“at the cost of some stability.”
Watch This! When you make a d20 roll (an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw), you can choose to roll a second d20 and use either result. When you do so, the Violet Marvel becomes unstable. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Improvised Ending. The next time you cast a spell of 1st level or higher while the Violet Marvel is unstable, a Wild Magic Surge occurs immediately after the spell is cast (roll on the Wild Magic Surge table). Once the surge occurs, the Violet Marvel stabilizes. If you do not cast a leveled spell before finishing a long rest, the Violet Marvel stabilizes harmlessly.
