Wondrous Item, common (requires attunement by a Spellcaster)
This enchanted feather quill writes on its own at your command. If used as an arcane focus, it grants a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls for cantrips.
Additionally, you can use the quill to inscribe one spell scroll of a 1st-level spell you know. Doing so requires 8 hours of uninterrupted work and consumes 25 gp worth of materials. Once the quill is used to create a scroll, it can’t be used this way again until the next dawn.
Notes: Bonus: Spell Attacks, Spellcaster
