Amulet of Respiration

Attunement Ritual:

- Item must be submerged in salt water for 1 hour. Once the hour passes, the next person to touch the amulet becomes attuned to it. 

When equipped:

- Once per Long Rest, the person can breathe underwater for 15 minutes.

Item description:

"A wooden bead necklace adorned with a small dark wooden sphere at its base. Barnacles have encrusted its surfaces."
