This amulet appears to be a variation on a stone of good luck. When worn each morning choose an ability score and receive advantage on saves for that ability for 24 hours.
(DM do not reveal until making death saves) However unknown to the user they have disadvantage on death saves. If the wearer fails 3 death saves, they are immediately reincarnated as a different race once. The amulet can reincarnate a character only once then vanishes. After reincarnating Roll d10 on table below to determine new race.
Choose subrace, if any. You may change racial ability adjustments, background, skills, and class/subclass if you wish. You have no memory of your past life. But you retain the languages of your previous race.
Then add a number of new languages equal to your PB. Gain proficiency and expertise in history. Each day at dawn you randomly gain one skill proficiency and one tool proficiency for 24 hours reflecting your past lives.
