This magical insignia takes the form of a lotus, ever changing ever slightly. When attuned to this item the insignia is permanently grafted to your palm, and it cannot be removed.
While attuned, you may take the Magic Action to attempt to Grapple a creature within 5ft of you with the hand that has the Aspect of Change, the DC for this check is equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma Modifier.
While you are Grappling a creature with the Aspect of Change, you may take the Magic Action to sever a creature's connection to the divine. Make an attack roll using your Charisma Modifier, it takes 1d10 Psychic damage, and loses all ability to commune with divinity. For example, Warlocks and Clerics lose the ability to cast their Warlock or Cleric spells.
The damage for this ability increases at certain levels: 2d10 at level 5, 3d10 at level 11, and 4d10 at level 17.
