A deep midnight blue tome, etched with charts and stars on its cover, a golden medallion carrying an unknown crest hangs between gilded pages.
While closed the book and contents are immune to the effects of aging, fire, water, and weather. While holding the book, you may open it to a blank page and inscribe your thoughts, you may choose to store what you've written or have the inscription fade away after the book is closed. If a page is placed inside the book, that page becomes part of it and is hence forth stored within. Using an action, you may release the page the book is open to allowing it to be removed. Entire tomes can be stored within the Atlas Librorum if the user is willing to remove all pages from their bindings and place them individually into this magic book.
As a reaction following an intelligence roll, save, or ability check the user may expend a charge and roll 1d20 to attempt to locate information stored within the book to aid you.
On a 11-20, you may add a +10 to your roll.
On a 1-10, you automatically fail the roll, and you or the DM must roll 1d10 on the Speak no Evil table to determine how the curse activates.
