The Alecto-T III is a rifle of black steel with copper inlays. Parallel with the length of the barrel, lines of blue energy glow subtly. A refined bipod extends from the base of the barrel, folding underneath the weapon when not in use.
You get +3 to attack and damage rolls with this weapon.
This weapon has an extremely long range, even by the standards of other sniper rifles. Its base range is 1,000 feet, with a long range of 3,000 feet.
If you hit a creature with an attack roll, the creature takes an extra 2d8 damage if it is surprised.
As a Bonus Action, you can give yourself Advantage on your next attack roll on the current turn. You can use this feature only if you haven’t moved during this turn, are prone, and after you use it, your Speed is 0 until the end of the current turn. If you already have advantage on the attack, then you can reroll one of the dice once.
Attacks with this weapon ignore all cover, but attacks through full cover must be made at disadvantage, and on a hit roll one fewer weapon damage die for that attack.
If a hostile creature is within 30 feet of you, you have disadvantage on attack rolls with this weapon to hit them. If you already have disadvantage on the attack, then you must reroll the higher dice, still using the lowest roll for your attack.
An instrument of ranged precision, the Sniper Rifle can take shots from distant, nearly invisible ranges.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sighted. Attacking at long range with this weapon doesn’t impose Disadvantage on your attack rolls. When you hit a creature with an attack using this weapon at long range, you can reroll any of the damage dice and must use the new roll.
