These long wraps are woven from charred linen and infernal silk, warm to the touch and faintly scented with smoke and incense. Infernal script—half-burned and constantly shifting—threads through the fabric. When worn, faint embers glow beneath the wraps with each strike.
Monk Weapon Enhancement
While wearing the Ashbound Handwraps, your unarmed strikes count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks.
Hell-Kissed Strikes
Once on each of your turns when you hit with an unarmed strike, you may deal +1 fire damage.
This damage increases to +2 fire damage if the target is grappled by you or if you spent Ki during that turn.
Infernal Resilience
You gain resistance to cold damage equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest. (The heat from the wraps protect you from the cold)
When you would take fire damage, you may use your reaction to reduce that damage by 1d6 + your Wisdom modifier (minimum 1).
You can use this reaction a number of times per long rest equal to your proficiency bonus.
Flurry of Flame
When using Flurry of Blows, the wraps will ignite in a spectral flame that is harmless to you, leaving afterimages of infernal sigils in the air.
Notes: When you would take fire damage, you may use your reaction to reduce that damage by 1d6 + your Wisdom modifier (minimum 1). You can use this reaction a number of times per long rest equal to your proficiency bonus.Ma, By a monk with infernal ancestry
