Waning Spring: This weapon starts with holds up to 12 flower petals, which it launches when flicked. Regenerate one petal at the end of each round. These petals can be fired one additional time per attack action, at the same or separate targets, and can be fired around obstacles, as if carried by a breeze. The last petal splits into three when fired, each doing 1d6 psychic damage, but once fired this weapon does not regenerate petals at the end of the round, instead refilling completely at the end of your next turn.
