Amulet of the Arachnid

You can use an action to create and hurl a small web at a single target you can see within 30 feet of you, three times per day. Roll to hit with your spell attack modifier, f you have one; otherwise treat it like a missile weapon. If the target is large or smaller and gets hit with the attack, they are now grappled. They can be freed 3 ways: using a action to make a DC 10 STR check, another creature doing the check, or getting hit with fire damage (the fire damage deals double damage). Amulet recharges at midnight.
