While wearing these anklets, the wearer gets a +1 bonus to Dex and a +1 bonus to Str modifiers. Once per day, the user may cast Misty Step at first level. Once per day the user may cast Identify at 2nd level, expending no saved slots. These spells do not return until the next day.
