A ornate rifle with that uses a cartridge based ammunition and a lever ejection system, it also has a magnifying scope atop it. It is made through a mix of mage craft and engineering it is a magic weapon capable of firing special cartridges that cast spells upon hitting a creature
Base attack DEX + PB (1d12 + DEX)
"Powerful weapon" you fire this weapon at disadvantage if you are not braced against 3/4 or 1/2 cover or prone, if you fire this weapon with disadvantage(imposed by the above criteria) you must make a DC 25 STR savings throw (on a fail you are knocked back 10 ft, fall prone, and are stunned until your next turn.
"Magnifying scope" you do not gain disadvantage on attacks made at long range with this weapon, you may also forgo an attack on your turn to roll with advantage and change the damage dice to (2d12) also reducing your speed to 0ft
This rifle fires multiple types of ammo you may spend a spell slot and pass an intelligence check using tinkers tools (DC 10 + [3 times spell level])to make 3 types of magic cartridges, you may bring into existence 3 magical cartridges. you must roll for each cartridge you make.
Magic missile- level 1 spell slot DC:13
rimes binding ice- level 2 spell slot DC:16
fire ball - level 3 spell slot DC: 19
Proficiency with a Musket allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
