A small vial filled with brass ashes that glow faintly, sealed with a cork and black wax. These are ashes of the brass Dragon, Irdona, Lich King of the Dragon Pantheon. Once uncorked, the possibilities are endless, as are the consequences. Alternatively, the ashes can be attuned to and the vial worn in some fashion.
Death's Third Eye. Your Wisdom increases by 2, as does your maximum for that score.
Into the Dark. You gain the Shadow Touched Feat.
Sovereign of Decay. When an enemy within 120 feet of you is reduced to 0 Hit Points, you can take a Reaction to regain 50 Hit Points. The body of the enemy rapidly decays, then vanishes into dust. Once you use this benefit, you can't use it again until you finish a Short or Long Rest.
Sovereign of Pestilence. You gain the ability to cast the spell Insect Plague at will.
Notes: 48 hours communing with the ashes
