Armor (leather), very rare (requires attunement)

This armor is only a necklace formed from a bit of steel wire and a broken piece of a mirror. A different, darker realm is reflected in its glass. When you are very quiet, you hear the horrible echoes of  whatever lives on the other side.

OUT OF PHASE. Your body is partially out of phase with reality. Anytime you take damage, reduce that damage by 10. You do not gain this damage reduction against psychic damage or force damage. 

PARTIAL DISINCORPORATION. Your feet don't quite make contact with the ground. Your movement speed increases by 10 feet, and you ignore difficult terrain. You are immune to the Grappled condition.

NUMBING EXPOSURE. While attuned to Abject Reflection, adrenaline fills you with apathy and lethargy instead of energy and focus. You can no longer bear to wear armor, and make little effort to protect yourself from incoming attacks. Your AC becomes 10, you do not benefit from features or equipment that raises your AC. (Only spell effects, such as those created by Shield of Faith can increase your AC. While under the effects of Mage Armor, your AC becomes 13. (Do not add your DEX bonus.)

REFLECTION MADE REAL. You can weaponize your connection to the other side of the mirror to unleash a focused blast of dark energy. Once per long rest, you may cast Inflict Wounds, as though you had used a 5th level spell slot. When you do this, you take damage equal to half of the damage dealt. This damage is not reduced by OUT OF PHASE. 

 

 

The breastplate and shoulder protectors of this armor are made of leather that has been stiffened by being boiled in oil. The rest of the armor is made of softer and more flexible materials.
