This blood-red crystal pendant in the shape of a teardrop grants you a +1 bonus to your spell save DC while you wear it.
When you would be reduced to 0 hit points, the amulet shatters and you are instead reduced to 1 hit point (this effect can only occur once, then the amulet is destroyed and loses all magic).
