Wondrous Item, very rare
This arrow's shaft is lacquered a deep ember-red, and faint cracks of golden light pulse along its rune carved surface.
When you fire this arrow from a shortbow or longbow, it detonates open impact. Whether the attack hits or misses, the arrow explodes at the point where it strikes a creature or surface. When it explodes, the arrow casts fireball (DC 15).
