Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a User must wear the amulet for 1 hour to become attuned to it)
This red and orange, flame-symbol amulet allows the wearer (when attuned) to use the Fire Bolt cantrip and grants the user one free cast of Fireball once per day (provided he has a level 3 spell slot).
