A somewhat roughly made skull cap of worked bronze, brass, or copper.

When attuned to and wearing this item it grants the following bonuses:

• +1 to all skills.
• Whenever you find magical items as loot (such as in a monster's hoard) you find an additional 1d3 items of the DM's choice (or roll randomly on the appropriate loot table.)
• Whenever you find non-magical loot, such as gems, coins, art, or other trade goods, you find an additional 25%.
