These exquisitely crafted garments are woven with strands of adamantine. When not attuned, they are stiff as a board and extremely uncomfortable to wear. Once attuned, they draw upon their user's magic to fully realize both their flexibility & durability. The stronger the magic, the more potent the protection becomes. In addition, once the Battlegown has adapted to their wearer, they dramatically bolster the magical abilities of their chosen.
Magical Armor. While wearing the Battlegown, any Critical Hit against the user becomes a normal hit. In addition, the wielder can add their spellcasting modifier to their AC, as well as their spell attack bonus and spell save DC.
There is a cost, however.
Magical Attraction. The Battlegown will draw in magic, even as they protect their user against it. Spell attacks against the wielder have Advantage, and the wielder has disadvantage on Saving Throws against spells and magical effects.
Notes: Bonus: Armor Class, Bonus: Warlock Spell Save DC, Bonus: Warlock Spell Attacks, Disadvantage: Saving Throws, Bonus: Wizard Spell Save DC, Bonus: Wizard Spell Attacks, Bonus: Sorcerer Spell Save DC, Bonus: Sorcerer Spell Attacks, by a Sorcerer, Warlock, or Wizard
