Arcus
Longbow +1, Imperial Gold
Arcus is an Imperial Gold longbow formed from the Dual Phase Ring when its corresponding runes are touched. When transformed, the ring unfolds into a sleek, elegant bow whose limbs glow faintly with restrained heat. The bow is warm to the touch, never hot, as if holding a banked flame just beneath its surface.
You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon. When Arcus hits a creature, it deals an additional 1d6 fire damage. The fire manifests as a quiet, controlled burn that flares briefly along the arrowhead on impact before fading.
Arcus bears no ornamentation beyond subtle Imperial markings, favoring precision and discipline over spectacle. It is a weapon of command and clarity, suited to a Centurion who strikes first and decisively from a distance.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage: Fire, Damage, Combat, Ammunition, Heavy, Range, Two-Handed, Slow
