While attuned the wearer has advantage on stealth checks made in combat.

1st Blessing: outside of combat the wearer may cast Invisibility on themselve lasting 2 minutes and does not require concentration. 

2nd Blessing: you may use the first blessing in combat as a bonus action. 

3rd Blessing: upgrades the first blessing to Greater Invisibility however it last only two rounds of combat. 

You may  use a blessing 3 times per long rest
