amulet of wishes

an amulet made by the gods and demons to bring balance to the world, in the hands of good it could bring rain to a dying village or bring the dead back to life but in the hands of evil it could even bring the most powerful deities to its knees but everything comes with a cost those that use the amulet are assured to rule the world but are also in a unberking fate to die a horrible death that even the amulet can not change. the amulet is an intelligent object it can react to the user  by making a hand come out of the amulet it uses this hand to take the compensation for the wish.it chooses the cost needed for your wish to reality this could be anything to a glass of water to a flower or even the soul of a dear companion, the being inside is a cruel being but a fair one it will only take compensation equal to what you wish for but if you make to many wishes that cause harm to another being it will corrupt the amulet causing it to attack the user ( this is up to the dms discrasion keep them guessing) making it able to manifest its true form out of the amulet( the form of the being and its states is up to dm don't make it to sexy or do ) the being is unable to take any damage from any attack be it magic or psychical the only way to defeat it is to break the amulet ( you don't have to tell them that dm :] ) after the amulet is broken it will cause it to teleport into the hands of an other user that sees the last one as a enemy ( got to make the regret the choice so just give the bbeg the ability to kill the whole party with a snap of a finger or a random homeless dude that happened to get hit in the face with a microwaved honey bun by one of the players I don't know )
