This artifact appears to be a golden brooch, with an eye in the middle and several decorations around it. Once attuned, the eye in the middle opens to reveal a red gemstone iris, and the eye appears to look around, even blinking from time to time.
The owner of the artifact can expend a charge and see the current health points of up to 3 creatures for 20 seconds, after which the eye will close until rested. The eye can be forced to open again before rest but the user will gain 4 points of exhaustion.
Resting time is determined by 1d4 long rests.
