This scroll is made to enchant any "Vicious Weapon" (see DMG-2024 318). You may spend 1 hour reading the scroll while touching the weapon, after which, the scroll crumbles, and the dust from the scroll, floats towards the weapon and dissolves into it. A weapon enchanted by this scroll gives you temporary hit points equal to the extra damage dealt by the Vicious Weapons' magical property, this only happens when you hit a creature with it that is not undead, celestial, or fiend.
