This armour is forged from overlapping dusk-toned plates that never fully reflect light, as though twilight itself has been hammered into steel. While wearing this armour, creatures of the wearer’s choice treat the area of the wearer’s Twilight Sanctuary as difficult terrain.
While the wearer is in dim light or darkness, they may swap places with their manifested Echo one additional time per round. This additional swap does not require an action or reaction, but it can only be used while the Echo and the wearer are both in dim light or darkness.
Allies within 10 feet of the wearer have advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed.
When an ally within the wearer’s Twilight Sanctuary would be reduced to 0 hit points, the wearer may use the Aegis' charge to have that ally drop to 1 hit point instead and immediately gain the benefits of Twilight Sanctuary as if it had just been activated. Once this effect is used, it cannot be used again until the wearer finishes a long rest.
Half plate consists of shaped metal plates that cover most of the wearer's body. It does not include leg protection beyond simple greaves that are attached with leather straps.
Notes: This armour does not create dim light or darkness; it enhances and rewards battlefield positioning. The additional Echo swap granted by this armour does not stack with effects that grant extra reactions. The difficult terrain effect applies only to creatures chosen by the wearer when Twilight Sanctuary is activated. The protective effects of this armour are silent and produce no visible barrier or aura beyond ambient twilight., Cleric or Fighter, Control, Stealth Disadvantage
