Weapon (shortsword), rare (requires attunement by a humanoid)

This magical shortsword has a +2 bonus to hit. Its blade seems to dissolve into blue light when swung, and deals radiant damage instead of piercing. Although this weapon is a shortsword, you can use your proficiency in scimitars, sickles, or longswords as well. The Arkhalis can hit up to three targets within 5 ft of each other. As a bonus action, you can make another attack with the Arkhalis, targeting two creatures within 5 ft of each other. On a hit, a target takes an extra 3d4 radiant damage(ignoring resistance). The arkhalsis also sheds bright light for 10 ft and dim light for another 10 ft when you swing it, and the light lasts for 1 round.

Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.

Notes: humanoid, Finesse, Light, Vex
