Anklet of Winds

This anklet has 10 iron weights hanging from it. You can take a Magic action to detach and discard any number of remaining weights. When you detach a weight, your walking speed increases by 5 feet for each weight missing from the anklet until the end of your next turn. When you detach the last weight, you are affected by a level 2 Levitate (save DC 15).

The anklet can hold a maximum of 10 weights, and regains all discarded weights once you finish a Long Rest.
