This Amulet is cursed. The wearer will gain telepathy out to a range of 60 feet. 

However; while wearing the amulet you will have disadvantage on all saving throws against spells that affect the mind. This includes any spell that causes the Frightened or Charmed condition. As well as the Detect Thoughts and Command spell.
