Amulet of Remembrance

This amulet is a holy symbol and can be used as a spellcasting focus. To use the symbol in this way, the caster must hold it in hand, wear it visibly, or bear it on a shield.

Once per day, roll a d20. On a 1-19, you can summon one of the Johns to your aid. The summoned John takes the stats of a sidekick half your level, rounded up and lasts for 1 minutes. (See Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything p. 142-147 for details).

On a 20, tell the DM.

Track the number of times this item has been used.  There is an undetermined effect connected with the number of uses.
