Ring, rare
The gift of the Autumn Queen, this ring gives you the ability to confuse and dismay an opponent. Using your reaction when someone misses you with a melee attack, you can force that creature to make a DC13 Wisdom saving throw as tiny giggles sound in its ears. On a failure, it takes 2d6 psychic damage and has disadvantage on its next attack roll before the end of its next turn. Once used, you cannot use this again until you finish a long rest.
Remember, a gift of the Autumn Queen must never be given away to another, and you must NEVER sell it.
