Ammunition of Arcane Interference

A target hit with this specialized ammunition takes the normal weapon damage and loses Concentration on any spell it is currently concentrating on. Additionally, the target suffers the effects of the Silence spell until the start of your next turn.

For the duration, no sound can be created within or pass through a 20-foot-radius Sphere centered on a point you choose within range. Any creature or object entirely inside the Sphere has Immunity to Thunder damage, and creatures have the Deafened condition while entirely inside it. Casting a spell that includes a Verbal component is impossible there.

This ammunition can be built as an Arrow, Bolt, Firearm Bullet, Needle or Sling Bullet.
