Ammunition. This arrow can be fired only with a bow or a crossbow by a creature that has proficiency with that weapon. When you fire this arrow, its magic activates whether the attack hits or misses, and the arrow’s magic is then expended.
Transposition. When you fire this arrow, make a normal ranged weapon attack against a creature within your weapon’s normal range, or fire the arrow at a location you can roughly indicate within your weapon’s normal range. The arrow lands where it strikes a creature or surface.
On a hit, the target takes no damage.
Regardless of whether the attack hits or misses, you teleport to an unoccupied space at or as close as possible to the arrow’s impact point.
Indirect Fire. If you fire this arrow at a location you can’t see, you instead teleport to the nearest unoccupied space within 5 feet of the impact point that you can safely occupy.
Retrieval. After the magic is expended, the arrow can be retrieved if not broken, but it is nonmagical. The arrow is destroyed if it strikes a hard surface such as stone or metal
Notes: Damage, Combat, Consumable
