This finely crafted and ornated Battle axe of Black Dragonforged steel has a adamantine alloyed edged. It´s slightly sentient with low awareness of i surroundings. A dwarf will be encouraged and helped but a non dwarf will be berated a lot. A dwarf will have +2 to any recurrent save to break a spell effect. While a non dwarf will have -1 to initiative du to distractions.
Wielder gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
The first time you attack with the axe on each of your turns, you can transfer some or all of the axe’s bonus to your Armor Class, instead of using the bonus on any attacks that turn. For example, you could reduce the bonus to your attack and damage rolls to +1 and gain a +1 bonus to AC. The adjusted bonuses remain in effect until the start of your next turn, although you must hold the axe to gain a bonus to AC from it.
The adamantine alloyed edge negates the adamantine effects ot armor and shields when hit by the axe. It also ignores slashing resistance and turn slashing immunities to resistance. The axe alson has the power to cure wielder up to 4 hits/rnd up to profiecency number of times. Reset 3 times per long rest.
Proficiency with a Battleaxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
