Stances
Jougen Stance(Cost 1 CHRG): Weapon must be Retracted. Switch to fast quick multi strikes using the electric power of the blade. While in this stance you can target up to 3 enemies in your Engagement range. Each enemy hit by an attack takes 5d6 + 1d8 Electric DMG. This Fighting style lasts until you change stances or extend the Blade. The above damage values replace your standard DMG dice. Can be used at anytime.
Kagen Stance(Cost 1 CHRG): Weapon must be Extended. Switch to Heavy hitting single target Strikes and Use time to your Advantage. While in this stance your strikes are always deadly. Each enemy hit by an attack in this stance takes 4d10 Damage. This Fighting style lasts until you change stances or Retract the Blade. The above damage values replace your standard DMG dice. Can be used at anytime.
Rapid Retaliation(Cost 2 CHRG): Must be in Kagen Stance. If an enemy attempts an attack on you you can use this ability to immediately Retaliate against that Enemy. 1 Reaction or 1 Bonus Action
Celestial Harmony(Cost 4 CHRG): Must be in Jougen Stance. You move with time. Select a point within 20ft of you. You move with such speed it creates an electrified tornado that pulls all enemies within 15ft of that point toward the center of it and deals 4d6 Electric damage to all those effected. Once the move is complete you return to your start point of that turn. 1 Action
Gekka Ruten(Cost 6 CHRG): Must be in Jougen Stance. Leap into the air and drive the Blade deep into the ground. All enemies within 15ft of you are electrified and take 5d10 DMG. 1 Action
Raiei Tenge(Cost 10 CHRG): Must be in Kagen Stance. Bend time to your will. You activate the mechanism within the blade all enemies within 30ft of you must succeed a DC17 Dex Save. On Failure the ground beneath them is Electrified. 1 Action, Bonus Action, and 1 Reaction
Raiei Tenge Part 2 (Cost 0 CHRG): Must be in Kagen Stance. You Finally Trigger the Mechanism within your blade. Time Slows to a Halt. You Walk between each enemy that failed their Dex Save and unleash a flurry of slashes upon each of them dealing 8d10 DMG to each Enemy in Sequence. You return to where you began the attack at the start of your turn. 1 Action
Shinrabanshou state(Cost 10 CHRG): Must be in Jougen Stance. Time Flows with you. While in this State time slows when any attack is aimed at you. You easily dodge the attack as if it were in slow motion and can reposition 15ft. Can be used anytime. 1 Action
Lightning Call(Cost 0 CHRG): When Visible to the sky the user can raise the Blade toward the Heavens. Upon doing so Lightning will strike the user Reducing their Health by half. This in turn will restore 12 Charges to the Blade. This can only be done twice a day. 1 Bonus Action
A yklwa (pronounced YICK-ul-wah) is a simple melee weapon that is the traditional weapon of Chultan warriors. A yklwa consists of a 3-foot wooden shaft with a steel or stone blade up to 18 inches long. It costs 1 gp, and it deals 1d8 piercing damage on a hit. Although it has the thrown weapon property, the yklwa is not well balanced for throwing (range 10/30 ft.).
