Auril's Icy Scabbard

Auril, the Frost Madien, gives these scabbards to her faithful.

Any blades weapon that normally fits into a scabbard may fit into this ice blue scabbard about 10" long and decorated to resemble an icicle. It is cold to the touch. Any weapon drawn from this scabbard deals an extra amount of cold damage 1/turn equal to your PB. The weapon becomes magical for 5 rounds after being housed in the scabbard.

Withdrawing a dagger from the scabbard allows you to gain the effects of an ice knife spell 1/day. DC uses your modifier used to throw the weapon or your spell casting DC. The spell level is equal to your PB minus 1.
