  • You immediately regain half of the capsule’s healing (rounded down).

  • You regain the same amount at the end of your next 2 turns.

(This delayed healing does not require concentration and cannot be interrupted.)

Additional Rules

  • The capsule is consumed on use.

  • If you already have Inspiration, you may instead grant Inspiration to one ally you can see within 30 feet.
