Arrow of Aggravation

A creature hit by this arrow (The Target) must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC is 12 + PB) or become fixated (charm effect) for 1 minute on killing the creature who fired the arrow (The Archer).

While fixated:

• The Target focuses its efforts on killing The Archer.
• The Target's AC is reduced by 2, but its attack rolls and Save DCs increase by 2.
• The Target's Perception checks to locate The Archer are made with advantage.
• The Target's Perception checks to perceive anything other than The Archer are made with disadvantage.
• The Target can repeat the saving throw at the end of their turn.

NOTE: PB is the Proficiency Bonus of The Archer
