Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
This magical stole is embroidered with a set of stylized arms at rest, hanging down over the wearer’s chest. When a command word is spoken, the embroidery becomes a set of phantom arms. These arms require Concentration, as if they were a spell. As long as the owner Concentrates (up to a Minute), they allow Advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks.
In addition, as a bonus action, the arms can make a melee attack with a single weapon that they hold. This must be a weapon that the wielder is proficient in.
Once they have been used for one minute or are commanded to by the wielder, they revert to the original embroidery. This magic cannot be invoked again until a wielder completes a Long Rest.
