upon attuning to this necklace, you gain the ability to breath underwater freely if you were unable to before. As a bonus action you can double your weight, granting an additional 3 to your armor class and allowing you to walk within water as if on land, doing this lowers your movement speed by 10ft. when out of water. these effects last until you cancel them as a separate bonus action
