Arrow of Snooping

After firing this arrow, the archer can block out all sounds and focus on the arrow to hear as if they were wherever the arrow is. (This requires concentration, as when concentrating on a spell, causes other concentration to be broken and can be broken if the archer fails any checks made to keep concentrating on this.  Sounds within 30' of the arrow can be heard clearly and more distant sounds within 60' of the arrow can only be detected ("I can hear voices/rustling/rhythmic thumping nearby.")
