Arachnomancer's Vambrace

This bracer of leather is embossed with tiny mithril plates in the shape of spiders and links of mithril thread. As an bonus action, you gain the ability to cause all melee weapon attack rolls again you to have disadvantage for 1 minute. You can spend an action to transfer this ability to another individual but each round you wish to maintain this transfer you must expend your bonus action. 

In addition, as an bonus action you can turn a non-magical weapon into a +1 weapon for 1 minute. This weapon can be given to any other creature and keeps this enhancement. You can use each of these abilities once per long rest.
