Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a 1 hour)
Enhances spellcasting for spells with the Darkness tag by increasing the spell's level by one (maximum level 9). Grants advantage on Stealth checks made in dim light or darkness. Once per short rest, the wearer can cast the spell Shadow of Moil (Illusion, evocation) centered on themselves, turning invisible for 1 minute or until they take damage. While invisible, the wearer gains immunity to being detected by visual means and has advantage on Stealth checks.
