If your hit points drop to 0, you can spend 5 charges as a reaction and activate the amulet to turn into an invisible fog instead of losing consciousness, and fly towards the location of the white stone at a speed of 20 foot. When you reach a stone, you take your true form and restore 1 hit point.

Additionally, by spending 1 charge, you can cast the spell "Silent Image" without concentration.
