This iron-and-ivory amulet is shaped like a winged seed pod split down the middle—one half polished bone, the other living wood threaded with tiny green vines. When held in moonlight, faint spectral feathers drift from it and vanish before touching the ground. The amulet smells faintly of rain-soaked soil. Skybound Requiem
- While wearing this amulet, you can cast Find Greater Steed without expending a spell slot.
- The spell can only summon a Skeletal Pegasus
- Once this property is used, it can’t be used again until 7 days have passed.
The steed:
- Uses the statistics of a Pegasus
- Is undead (type changes to Undead)
- Has resistance to necrotic damage
- Radiant damage deals an extra 1d6 to it
Its flying speed leaves behind faint drifting motes like falling petals or ash The steed understands the rider’s emotions instinctively but does not speak. Gravewing Bond While mounted on your Skeletal Pegasus:
- You have advantage on saving throws against being frightened
- When you use Divine Smite, the first creature you hit before the end of your turn takes extra necrotic damage equal to your proficiency bonus
- If you are a Reborn, the Pegasus gains temporary hit points equal to your Paladin level when summoned.
Ancient Skywarden While the Gravewing is within 60 feet of you:
- If you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you may use your reaction to instead drop to 1 hit point and immediately teleport into the saddle of your steed (if it is unoccupied and within range)
- This feature can’t be used again until you finish a long rest.
