A thick iron armband etched with incomplete giant runes.
When worn, faint spectral glyphs rise from it and slowly orbit the wielder’s head like patient satellites.
They glow softly. They flare when invoked.
⸻
You have a number of Spectral Runes equal to the amount unlocked by your level.
You may fire a rune as a bonus action at a creature within 30 feet.
+3 to hit
On a failure, the rune detonates with its effect.
On a success, the creature suffers half the effect where applicable or nothing if noted.
