As an action the wearer may remove one of the gemstones to create a magical effect, when this happens the gemstone disappears. New gemstones can be attached to this item during a short or long rest, up to 6 gems can be attached to this bracelet at a time.
Amethyst: Target creature must succeed on a dc 13 (Plus your spellcasting modifier if applicable) or take 1d8 psychic damage.
Topaz: Target creature gets +2 to their ac for 10 minutes.
Ruby: Heal 2d6+3 hp on one creature
Sapphire: Up to 3 creatures of your choice must succeed on a constitution saving throw or become incapacitated until your next turn
Diamond(Worth 300gp): Revive up to one creature. This item cannot be used until the next dawn.
