Weapon (battleaxe), artifact

An Axe made of gnarled dark wood covered with gold bands and inlays.

If a goblin of true and noble heart fit to lead his people wields this blade, the axe becomes a +3 battleaxe, he gains a +1 modifier to all stats, and gains advantage on all rolls related to influencing other goblins.
