Wondrous Item, very rare
Strange archano-mechanical apparatus are driven into this crystal's exterior. When held, this dagger-sized Siberys dragonshard causes the wielder to mildly hallucinate, as well as a constant awareness of one's own teeth.
As an action, the Astral spike may be driven into the ground or another surface and activated. At the end of your next turn, the Astral Spike tears a rent into the Astral Plane. Any creature or object within 25 feet of the gate is sucked through it to a random location on the Astral Plane. The gate then closes. The gate is one-way only and can't be reopened.
